of <h1>SEBI Updates Draft Offer Document Filing Rules: Regional Submissions for Issues Up to Rs. 500 Crores.</h1> The circular issued by SEBI modifies the filing requirements for draft offer documents under the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009. For issues up to Rs. 500 crores, documents must be filed with the SEBI regional office corresponding to the issuer's registered office location. The regions include Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western, each with specific jurisdictions and designated SEBI offices. For issues exceeding Rs. 500 crores, documents should be filed at SEBI's head office in Mumbai. These changes apply to documents filed on or after May 14, 2012. Merchant Bankers must submit three copies of draft documents and one copy of offer documents.
