of <h1>SEBI Updates Filing Rules: Draft Offer Documents Now Submitted Based on Issue Size and Location.</h1> The circular issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) modifies the filing requirements for draft offer documents under the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018. For issues up to Rs. 750 crores, documents must be filed with the SEBI regional office corresponding to the issuer's registered office location. For issues exceeding Rs. 750 crores, documents should be filed at the SEBI Head Office in Mumbai. This amendment applies to all draft offer documents filed on or after the circular's issuance date. The circular is issued under the authority of the SEBI Act, 1992.
