of <h1>SION A-1486 Amended: Lauryl Alcohol Updated to Lauryl/Myristyl Alcohol for Sodium Lauryl Sulphate Export.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended the description of item number 1 in SION A-1486 under the 'Chemical and Allied Products' category as per the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020. The amendment changes the import item from 'Lauryl Alcohol' to 'Lauryl Alcohol/Lauryl Myristyl Alcohol' for the export of Sodium Lauryl Sulphate 90%. The revised import quantities allowed per kilogram of Sodium Lauryl Sulphate are 0.780 kg of Lauryl Alcohol/Lauryl Myristyl Alcohol, 0.441 kg of Chloro Sulphonic Acid, 0.175 kg of Sodium Hydroxide, and 0.0005 kg of E.D.T.A Tech.
