Despite this, some agencies have been improperly charging fees for REX registration. The DGFT reiterates that no fees should be charged. Additionally, it clarifies that applicants under the DEL (Denied Entities List) can still be registered under REX, as this registration is not a benefit under the Foreign Trade Policy but a facilitation for preferential tariff exports to the EU.
