Importation is restricted to five Indian ports and requires a 'Certificate of Origin' from Mozambique's authorized signatories. Importers must send a scanned copy of the certificate to designated email addresses for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), which will be compared with the original document for customs clearance.
