of <h1>Assam extends FORM GST TRAN-1 submission deadline u/r 120A until December 27, 2017, superseding previous order.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, Assam, has extended the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 120A of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension, recommended by the Council, supersedes the previous Order No. 12/2017-GST dated October 2017, and is valid until 27th December 2017. This decision does not affect any actions taken or omitted before this new order.
