of <h1>Deadline Extended for FORM GST TRAN-1 Submissions in Assam to 30th November 2017 u/r 120A.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, Assam, has extended the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 120A of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension moves the previous deadline from 23rd October 2017 to 30th November 2017. The decision supersedes Order No. 8/2017-GST and is based on the recommendations of the Council. The order is officially documented under Order No. 12/2017-GST, dated 30th October 2017, and is signed by the Commissioner of State Tax, Assam.
