of <h1>Assam Extends FORM GST TRAN-1 Submission Deadline to 30th November 2017 u/r 117 for GST Transition Compliance.</h1> The Government of Assam, through the Commissioner of State Tax, has extended the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 117 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension moves the deadline to 30th November 2017, superseding the previous Order No. 6/2017-GST dated 22nd September 2017. The extension is based on the recommendations of the Council and is intended to provide additional time for compliance with the GST transition requirements.
