of <h1>Assam extends deadline for FORM GST TRAN-1 submission u/r 117 to October 31, 2017, allowing more compliance time.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, Assam, has extended the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 117 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. Initially set to expire sooner, the deadline is now extended to 31st October 2017. This extension follows the recommendations of the GST Council and is intended to provide additional time for compliance with the specified requirements.
