of <h1>Maharashtra extends FORM GST TRAN-1 submission deadline to 30th November 2017 u/r 117 and section 168 authority.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, Maharashtra, has extended the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 117 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension is granted under the authority of section 168 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and supersedes the previous Order No.03/2017 dated 21st September 2017. The new deadline for submission is set for 30th November 2017, following recommendations from the Council.
