of <h1>Maharashtra extends FORM GST TRAN-1 submission deadline to 27th December 2017 u/r 117, superseding previous order.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, Maharashtra, has issued an order extending the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 117 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension follows the recommendations of the Council and supersedes the previous Order No. 07/2017-MGST dated 28th October 2017. The new deadline for submission is now set for 27th December 2017.
