Zonal Committees will oversee recovery processes for any misuse, with no legal rights accruing to exporters found guilty. Regional Authorities are required to report progress on recoveries and implementation challenges. This directive is issued under the approval of the Competent Authority by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade.
