of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: VKGUY Benefits Limited to Certified Handicraft Exports Only, Effective April 1, 2008.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I RE2008, under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. Effective from April 1, 2008, the amendments specify that VKGUY benefits for exports listed in Table 15 of Appendix 37A will be granted only for handicraft products. The Export Promotion Council for Handicraft will certify the handicraft status of exported products if needed. These changes are issued in the public interest and are effective for exports made from April 1, 2008.
