of <h1>Amendments to Appendix 37A: New Table 15 Adds Gram Udyog Products, Excludes Cooking Items from VKGUY Benefits.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has issued amendments to Appendix 37A of the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I, effective from April 1, 2008, under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. A new table, Table 15, titled 'New Gram Udyog and Other Products,' has been added, listing VKGUY product codes 15.1 to 15.70. This includes various household and decorative items such as articles of cast iron, copper, aluminum, wood, imitation jewelry, and ceramics. The notice specifies that items used for cooking and dining purposes are not considered 'Handicraft' items and are not eligible for VKGUY benefits under Table 15.
