The specified area, located at Bhutghat, Garden Reach Road, Kolkata, is bounded by the Hooghly River to the north, KoP.T. office to the south, Temple/South Eastern Railway property to the east, and F.C.I. occupied area to the west. The Inland Waterway Authority of India is responsible for maintaining fencing and security.
