The specified area includes the CONCOR complex, encompassing eight acres in Thathaneri Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District. The boundaries are defined by the railway line to the north, various survey numbers to the south, east, and west, all owned by Southern Railways, Madurai Division. This designation is formalized in Public Notice No. 2/99 dated February 24, 1999.
