of <h1>Mumbai Expands Customs Area at Wadala Incinerator Site by 8,586 Sq Meters u/s 8 of Customs Act 1962.</h1> An additional area of 8,586 square meters, including a covered area of 2,812 square meters, at the Wadala Incinerator Plot (WINC) in Mumbai has been declared a Customs Notified Area under Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962. This declaration, made by the Commissioner of Customs (General), Mumbai, amends the existing Public Notice No. 48 from 1990. The new area will be added to the previously designated customs area, and all conditions outlined in the original notice must be strictly adhered to by the Mumbai Port Trust.
