This directive is made under the authority of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004, and the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956. The order requires VAT officers to transfer relevant case files and records of the newly included dealers from their current operational circles to the Special Zone. The order is also to be circulated online for wider dissemination and has been communicated to relevant VAT officials and associations.
