of <h1>Three Agencies Authorized to Issue Certificates of Origin Under Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has authorized three agencies to issue Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential) under the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020. These agencies are the Federation of Kutch Industries Associations in Gujarat, the Indian Merchants' Chamber in New Delhi, and the National Chamber of Industries & Commerce in Uttar Pradesh. Their enlistment is reflected in Appendix 2E of the policy, which lists authorized agencies. This public notice formalizes their roles in facilitating trade by verifying the origin of goods, thereby supporting non-preferential trade agreements.
