of <h1>Submit DFCE and Target Plus Scheme Applications Directly to Chennai Zonal Office Per Trade Notice No. 02, 2005.</h1> Trade Notice No. 02 dated July 8, 2005, from the Office of the Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade in Chennai informs that applications for the DFCE for Status Holders and Target Plus Scheme can be submitted directly to the Zonal Office in Chennai. This follows Public Notices No. 15 and No. 16 dated June 4, 2005. The notice is approved by the Additional Export Commissioner and the Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade. The notice is addressed to all regional offices and councils.
