Appendix 17D has been updated, replacing the previous version from Public Notice 70, and Appendix 17E has been deleted. A new procedure requires applicants to submit applications to the jurisdictional Zonal Office based on their registered office location. The Zonal Offices will evaluate applications and issue licenses.
