of <h1>DGFT Updates Appendix 37 A: New ITC HS Codes for VKGUY, Including Tamarind Kernel Powder Reassignment.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended Appendix 37 A of the Handbook of Procedure - Volume I, effective immediately. The changes involve updates to ITC HS codes for specific items under the Vishesh Krishi Gram Udyog Yojana (VKGUY) Table, ensuring clarity in product descriptions. The product 'Tamarind Kernel Powder' has been reassigned a new serial number. VKGUY benefits for exports made between 25th February 2014 and the notice date will be based on product descriptions, disregarding ITC HS codes on shipping bills. The notice clarifies that the period between these dates will not affect the calculation of late cuts.
