It states that cases admitted by the Settlement Commission can be transferred to the Call-Book, aligning with the category of cases where injunctions have been issued by higher courts. For cases with multiple noticees, only those admitted by the Settlement Commission can be transferred. These cases will be removed from the Call-Book once a Settlement Order is issued or if the case is reverted for adjudication. The Board invites feedback on implementation difficulties.
