of <h1>DGFT Revises Appendix 37-A and 37-D to Align Product Descriptions with ITC HS Codes; Feedback Due by April 30.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has revised Appendix 37-A and 37-D of the Handbook of Procedure Volume I to align product descriptions and ITC HS codes. This revision, notified through Public Notice No. 52 on February 25, 2014, aims to harmonize descriptions without altering entitlements. Exporters are encouraged to provide feedback on any discrepancies by April 30, 2014, via email. The DGFT will review suggestions and address any errors by May 31, 2014.
