of <h1>Delhi Govt Extends VAT Returns Deadline for Q2 2013-14; File Online by Nov 25, Hard Copies by Nov 28.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, Department of Trade and Taxes, has extended the deadline for filing the online VAT returns for the second quarter of 2013-14. The new deadline for submitting the online return in Forms DVAT-16, DVAT-17, and DVAT-48, along with the necessary annexures, is now set for November 25, 2013. The corresponding hard copy submission deadline is November 28, 2013. Despite this extension, the payment of tax remains unchanged and must be made according to the usual provisions of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004.
