of <h1>Delhi extends Form DVAT-48 online return filing deadline for Q2 2013-14 to November 20, 2013 u/r 49A.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi's Department of Trade and Taxes issued Circular No. 25 of 2013-14, dated November 14, 2013, extending the deadline for filing the online return for the second quarter of 2013-14 in Form DVAT-48. The new deadline is set for November 20, 2013. This extension modifies the previous Circular No. 18 of 2013-14 and is enacted under the authority granted by Rule 49A of the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005.
