of <h1>Foreign Trade Notice Amended: Validity Extended Indefinitely Pending Future Changes, Effective Immediately Under 2004-2009 Policy.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended Public Notice No. 17 (RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 12th July 2007, by replacing the phrase 'till 31st March, 2008' with 'till further amendments.' This change effectively extends the validity of the provisions in the original notice indefinitely, pending any future amendments. The amendment is issued in the public interest under the authority of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, and the Handbook of Procedures.
