of <h1>DEPB Rates Amended Under Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009; Changes Effective Until Further Notice.</h1> Public Notice No. 17/2007, dated 12/07/2007, issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade, announces amendments, additions, and corrections to the 'Schedule of DEPB Rates' under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. These changes are effective for shipments with a Let export date until further amendments are made. The notice is issued in the public interest and is linked to a sunset clause amended by Public Notice No. 133 (RE-2007) dated 29/03/2008, which initially set the validity until 31st March 2008.
