of <h1>OTECI Members Must Register Business Premises with Central Excise Commissionerate, Similar to NSE Brokers.</h1> The circular addresses the requirement for registration of members and dealers of the Over the Counter Exchange of India (OTECI) with the Central Excise Commissionerate. It clarifies that similar to trading members and stock brokers of the National Stock Exchange, OTECI members must register their business premises with the relevant jurisdiction. This applies even if trading is conducted via computers from different centers. Additionally, registration as a stockbroker for a conventional stock exchange does not exempt one from registering separately for OTECI. The circular advises trade and field formations to follow these instructions.
