The high-risk food items listed include edible oils and fats, pulses, cereals, milk powders, condensed milks, infant milk food, weaning foods, infant formulae, food colors, food additives, natural mineral water, packaged drinking water, tea, coffee, and cocoa butter substitutes. This directive is issued with the approval of the Director General of Foreign Trade.
