of <h1>New Guidelines for Export Goods: Self-Certification and Reduced Examination Norms per Circular No.6/2002-Cus.</h1> The circular addresses the examination norms for export goods, clarifying that the facility for removing export goods from factories based on self-certification and self-sealing remains available. However, these goods will be examined at the port of export under the reduced examination norms outlined in Circular No.6/2002-Cus., dated 23.1.2002. The maximum examination percentage for export goods, except for exports to sensitive countries, is 10%. This change renders the provisions of the previous Circular No.90/98-Cus. unnecessary. The circular advises issuing a public notice to inform all concerned parties and requests notification of any implementation difficulties.
