of <h1>Deadline Extended: File Corporate Forms Without Extra Fees by April 15, 2013, if Submitted After January 17, 2013.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the deadline for filing various forms without additional fees until April 15, 2013, following approvals by the competent authority. This extension applies to forms submitted on or after January 17, 2013. Forms filed on or before January 16, 2013, will still incur the standard fees along with any additional charges. All other conditions outlined in the previous circular dated February 8, 2013, remain unchanged. This directive is addressed to all relevant regional directors, registrars of companies, official liquidators, and stakeholders.
