of <h1>Deadline Extended for MCA-21 Form Filings; Fee Relaxations Due to Technical Issues Until February 28, 2013.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the deadline for filing various forms and relaxed additional fees due to technical issues with the MCA-21 system. This applies to forms due on or after January 17, 2013, with the new deadline set for February 28, 2013. The Regional Directors and Registrars of Companies will assess requests for fee waivers and deadline extensions on a case-by-case basis. Stakeholders must submit requests via email or post, and the process will be managed through a service desk system. Those who have filed documents since January 17, 2013, are not eligible for these relaxations.
