of <h1>Delhi extends Form DVAT 51 and Declaration Forms submission deadline for 2009-10 to December 31, 2010.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has extended the deadline for submitting the reconciliation return in Form DVAT 51 for all quarters of the 2009-10 fiscal year to December 31, 2010. This extension applies under the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, and the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956. Additionally, the deadline for submitting the original portions of Declaration Forms 'C', 'E-I', 'E-II', 'F', 'I', 'J', and 'H' for the same period has also been extended to December 31, 2010. The order is issued by the Commissioner of Value Added Tax.
