These include if the name is identical or closely resembles an existing registered company, especially those in liquidation, or if it merely adds words like 'New' or 'Modern.' Names that imply governmental association, include words like 'Co-operative,' 'Bank,' or 'Insurance' without justification, or suggest misleading business activities are also undesirable. Additionally, names that are exact Hindi translations of existing English company names, imply connections to national heroes, or include registered trademarks without consent are considered undesirable for registration.
