It allows defaulting companies to file overdue documents with a reduced additional fee of 25% of the standard rate and provides immunity from prosecution. The scheme is effective from May 30, 2010, to August 31, 2010. Companies must withdraw any legal appeals related to filing defaults to qualify for immunity. The scheme excludes documents related to incorporation or where specific approvals are required and does not apply to companies under certain regulatory actions.
