Versus COMMISSIONER OF CENTRAL EXCISE, MUMBAI-III - 1999 (105) E.L.T. 57 (Tribunal) The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Mumbai ordered the applicant, a 100% Export Oriented Unit, to pay duty for the period of 16-6-1994 to 16-11-1994 due to wrongly calculating Excise duty. The applicant was directed to deposit Rs. 80 lakhs within 3 months to waive off the remaining duty and penalty. Compliance was set for 25th August, 1998.
