The Senior Advocate argued that the Supreme Court's decision regarding matters of Public Sector Undertakings does not apply as the right to appeal is granted by statute. The Revenue did not object. The Tribunal allowed the Miscellaneous Applications and scheduled the hearing for 10-3-1992.
