Liberty is granted to the petitioner to apply before the appellate authority within a period of two months from today. On filing appeal, it may be decided in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. SLP disposed off. Adjudicating authority had passed a final order dated 03.09.2021, against which an appeal lies before the appellate authority; a pending recall petition has also been filed. The Court did not express any opinion on the findings of the adjudicating authority or on the pendency of the recall petition.
