[2024 (10) TMI 1350 - BOMBAY HIGH COURT] and Hon’ble Supreme Court’s order in UNION OF INDIA & ANR. VERSUS M/S MOHIT MINERALS PVT. LTD. THROUGH DIRECTOR [2022 (5) TMI 968 - SUPREME COURT]. The Petition is disposed of. The High Court of Bombay allowed the modification of the cause title in Interim Application (L) No.16633 of 2024 without reverification. The petition challenged notifications affecting members of the Mumbai and Nhava Sheva Ship Agents Association.
