Versus NARRONDASS MANORDASS PRECIOUS METAL REFINERY - 1989 (42) E.L.T. 739 (Tribunal) The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi heard both sides in a case where the Respondent requested an adjournment due to a pending issue before the Supreme Court. The Tribunal, considering the decision in the case of Surendra Gulabchand Modi, adjourned the matter sine die, despite opposition from the Appellant. The hearing can be revived upon request by either party.
