Rejection of three transfer applications filed by the Appellant - the Respondent has pointed out that out of three applications which was pending in Court III, one has been reserved and the Application which was pending in Court VI has also been reserved today itself - it was held by NCLAT that 'There are no reason to entertain this Appeal. The Appeal is dismissed.' HELD THAT:- There are no good ground and reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and hence, the present appeals are dismissed. 'Permission to file the appeal(s) is granted.' The appeals were heard and the Court held: 'We do not find any good ground and reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and hence, the present appeals are dismissed.' The Court dismissed both sets of civil appeals for lack of merit and directed that 'Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.' The Court clarified that the 'quantum of corporate debt/financial debt may be finally determined after transaction/forensic audit is conducted,' leaving assessment of financial liabilities to post-decisional audit processes. No other interference with the impugned judgments was ordered.
