Court ordered respondents to file ... Refusal to grant of Interim relief - petitioner did not agree to pay 10% of the disputed tax - HELD THAT:- No interim relief granted in the matter and the respondents will be free to proceed in accordance with law irrespective of pendency of the writ petition since petitioner has not agreed to make deposit of 10% of the demand and the matter will be heard on exchange of affidavit by the parties. Let the respondents file affidavit-in-opposition within four weeks, petitioner to file reply thereto, if any, within two weeks thereafter - List this matter for final hearing in the monthly list of July, 2024.
