The delay in filing was condoned, and all ... Quantum of compensation - Land Reference for enhancement of compensation - assessment of market value of the acquired land on the date of publication of notification under Section 4 (1) of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 - it was held by High Court that 'judgment and award passed by 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Latur is set aside' - HELD THAT:- No case is made out to interfere with the impugned order(s) passed by the High Court. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The Supreme Court dismissed the special leave petition as no case was made out to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court.
