The Supreme Court of India in Citation 2023 (3) TMI 684 - SC Order, granted leave and allowed the appeal by setting aside the condition to deposit Rs.2 crores, while sustaining the rest of the conditions in the impugned order. The facts of the case were found to be identical to another case, leading to the decision.
