Following the reasons given in the said judgment and order, it is hereby provided that the condition directing the appellant to deposit a sum of Rs.2 crores is not liable to be sustained and is hereby set aside - appeal allowed. The Supreme Court of India in Citation 2023 (3) TMI 684 - SC Order, granted leave and allowed the appeal by setting aside the condition to deposit Rs.2 crores, while sustaining the rest of the conditions in the impugned order. The facts of the case were found to be identical to another case, leading to the decision.
