Seeking instructions whether the goods are available - case of applicant is that there are serious doubts as to whether the goods are at all available with the Department because even though an application was moved for inspection of the goods such inspection has not been permitted till date - HELD THAT:- List on July 15, 2021. The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, New Delhi directed the Appeal to be listed for hearing on July 15, 2021. There are doubts about the availability of goods with the Department as inspection has not been permitted. The case was heard by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dilip Gupta and Hon'ble Mr. P.V. Subba Rao.
