The present appeal also stands disposed of granting additional 30 days time to respondent No.1 to submit TRAN-1 returns. The High Court of Karnataka granted an additional 30 days to respondent No.1 to submit Form TRAN-1 returns in a case related to the submission of the form after the expiry date. This decision was based on a previous order by the Division Bench in a related matter.
