                          The Respondent was found to have benefited from additional input tax credit (ITC) post-GST implementation but failed to pass on this benefit to recipients, including 473 home buyers. The total profiteered amount was determined to be Rs. 9,03,44,071/-. The Respondent was directed to reduce unit prices, pass on the ITC benefit to buyers with interest, and faced a show cause notice for penalty under Section 171(3A) of the CGST Act, 2017.
