Condonation of delay of four days in filing appeal - HELD THAT:- The delay of four days being nominal, the same is condoned. Ld. Counsel for the assessee requested that the connected appeal filed by the assessee viz. Appeal No. ST/42715/2018 may be linked up with the present appeal. The above request is acceded to. Registry is directed to list these appeals in due course. The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT CHENNAI allowed the Department's application to condone a four-day delay in filing the appeal. The delay was considered nominal, and the Miscellaneous Application for condonation of delay was allowed. The assessee's request to link a connected appeal with the present appeal was also granted.
