There may be practical difficulty for the Department in tracking the invoices, when multiple number of invoices mentioned in the e-way bill generated. The goods and vehicle shall be released to the petitioner on executing a bond - petition disposed off. The High Court of Kerala ordered the release of goods and vehicle detained due to multiple invoices in the e-way bill, upon the petitioner executing a bond. The writ petition is disposed of.
